Fermanagh Show Celebration of Success

The Awards Ceremony was held on 15th October in Killyhevlin Hotel

The event was well attended and the 90 trophies on display went out across the province, a large turn out of young people is testament that  the Show will be carried on. Prizes were awarded in many juvenile sections as well as Young Handlers in Dogs Beef & Dairy Cattle and Sheep. Not to mention the great turn out of School Children Primary and Post primary. Mr Nixon Armstrong has volunteered for over 45 yrs and he received a Life Membership Award and a small gift as a token of appreciation as Head of Health & Safety.  Miss Moira Johnston Fermanagh County Show Queen handed out the trophies this year. Nixon emphasized the importance of keeping youth involved in the show and he described some of the changes that he has witnessed in his lifetime of volunteering at Fermanagh Show.
