Need to know for Show 2023

Trade Exhibitors: 

Outdoor Stands -  Set up of Machinery stands from 10am Thursday 10th August till 12 noon 11th August.  All heavy items must be in place on Thursday evening if possible. Stands around Foodhall Marquee cannot be erected until after 6.30pm on Thursday.

Indoor Stands - Set up on Thursday 10th August between 9am - 9pm or 11am to 1pm on Friday 11th August (very busy site on Friday). Those adjacent to Food Marquee please contact the steward for a timetable. 

Foodhall Stands - Set up after 6.30pm on Thursday 10th or 9am - 1pm on Friday 11th.

Trade Packs will be available in Show Office on site to be collected on arrival.

Stewards will be placed at entrance gates to direct arriving traders.
